Completion May 2012Overview – Dixon’s worked alongside Frosts Landscapes on this project. Working to stringent target dates and high specifications the contract was difficult in taking deliveries, managing resources and achieving high standards of quality within the allocated spaces and time periods. Completing tasks often required working round the clock and negotiating use of site Tower Cranes to supply materials to various areas of the diverse site. The contract was completed on time and to specification in time for the arriving Summer Olympians.
